Good spot The location is great, it's seems very cramp upon arrival but my room was a decent size. It was clean and the lobby attendant was very nice. Will definitely return.

The staff was not able to communicate how to get around New York or how to get to the parking garage. They could only provide an address. The shower curtain was not long enough and the floor was flooded after a five minute shower. The noise from the street was very loud and could be head up on the 13th floor.
It was quiet for the most part, thumbs up for that. The staff wasn’t friendly at all, lady at the front desk didn’t even have her mask on when I checked out. There’s no “Welcome” or “It was nice having you” and I know it’s just a Holiday Inn, but I’ve been to other ones where the service has been impeccable. And for some reason the bathroom was freezing cold while the room was crazy warm, so we dreaded going to the bathroom.
My stay at Holiday Inn Express I had a nice relaxing time, was able to get some work done.
My Stay at the Hilton Express My stay was comfortable. I had issues with overpayment which was a amen care center of immediately by the manager. The room was clean and comfortable, was able to get work done, and get much needed rest.
No complaints The location was great, our room was clean. The hotel was quiet, we didn’t see many other guests. The front desk staff was helpful/friendly.
