The staff was great and very accommodating with us having to extend due to a medical issue. We arrived on Thursday and requested housekeeping service for Saturday, which we never received.

It was great to be back in NYC. Great location in the financial district. The hotel is no frills but clean with nice rooms.
The property was in a very convenient location - but the seaport, university, and financial district. It was not clear in the websites that parking was available but at a different location, with separate charges. The discount we got via validation was 10 dollars of the total bill. The bathroom shower head was broken; towels were shredded; shower curtains were installed improperly and we had to request bath mats several times.
