Price and location. Accessible to all. Very quiet and comfortable room
location is good, very close to subway station, quite a few cafe shops around for a quick meal. Friendly and responsive staff.
Great location, clean room, and pleasant staff. Rooms aren’t particularly big, but if you are in New York for sightseeing they are perfect as a base for sleeping. Beds are comfy, and there are coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Would recommend as a good, clean, budget option.
Everything we needed for a basic night in the city. No refrigerator but I think we could have requested one
