Surprised Customer service was excellentl but the rooms where extremely small. You could barely fit through the hallways. The bathroom was less than 70 sq ft with a shower only. Room much smaller than pictured. Resturant /Bar was listed when booking but closed and under construction.
Don’t trust reservations I had reserved two rooms with two beds and hotel only had one room available. They did nothing to accommodate our stay and said the problems was with hotels.com. I chatted with hotels.com which is very frustrating to do and they did nothing to accommodate us either. I am never using hotels.com ever again.
We had to call to get our trash taken out. They didn’t make the beds one afternoon and then the TV didn’t work.
The hotel room is small and the bathroom is so old and unusable.
The toilet keep having issues after flushing, overall it’s an old facility, even charge for checking bags after 3pm, would not really recommend this place if you have other choices with the same price

Probably was okay biggest complaint was the toilet. There was like no tower to it at all it got clogged twice during my stay and was out of service until the next morning. I think all we needed was a plunger personally but they had to get facilities. But over all a really good stay just sucked that we had no bathroom for so long and had to go to the basement anytime we had to use the bathroom:(
