We stayed at the property for a total of three nights and had an immediate issue with our first room shower. The shower was not releasing any water at all and made me wonder when the last time the shower had been clean without water. The front desk unapologetically moved us to another room.
Tiny lobby. No restaurant. Breakfast was coffee and little muffins. Check Inn took forever. Lady not friendly. The only ice machine was broken so no ice available. Told the front desk but they just said: Yeah, we are working on it. Wanted to save some money but should have paid more. Only positive is that it is well located. Do not recommend,
You get what you paid for. It’s a good no frills hotel for the FIDI area. When we checked in there were no fresh towels available in the room and we had to wait up to around 6PM for them to deliver the water. There was no hot water in the showers. When we notified staff about the issue they would just say turn the knob all the way which we did. It must have been a faulty heating system. I was not the only guest to complain about this issue as other guests reported the same upon our checkout.

I would never stay here again In the photos, the rooms look white and bright, but in real life, they are old and dingy. The rooms are so small that they’re too small for one person. God forbid you have to share it with a second person. Even when you’re in the hallway waiting for the elevator two people could not pass each other without turning to the side and still bumping each other. The bathroom floor is ice cold. The television remote is ancient. I would never stay here again.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL This Hotel is disgusting and not worth a penny. We arrived around 7pm and noticed the heat was not working properly, the thermostat on the wall was not connected to the unit. The unit was running non-stop so you had to manually turn it off when the room was overheating and turn it back on when the room was cold again. For 2 consecutive days we notified the reception to clean the room in the afternoon and they did not do it, when I arrived at night I found the room dirty for 2 days they did not clean it. I even spoke to the cleaning lady who I found in the hallway towards the elevator and I told her in time for them to do room service and they didn't. terrible.
