I did like the staff as the were nice as they could be. The narrow design of the facility was awful. The rooms were entirely too small for a family of four with luggage. The amenities as far as the bar were unavailable. The taxes and fees were astronomical as I paid just as much in taxes and fees as I did for my two day stay.

Although their site says they offer cribs, this property says they have NO cribs EVER! We walked into our room to find a huge bug! Needless to say, we checked out in advance of our reservation. Absolutely awful!
Front desk receptionists Natalie was amazing! She had great customer service. However we had issues with our sink and toilet clogging up, as soon as we got into our room. We called front desk, we were told they would send someone, and no one showed up. We called again and the maintenance man showed up an hour later. The rooms are a bit small, but most hotels in New York are small, the room could use a fill length mirror. A quick grab and go breakfast was offered, but everytime we would make it down it was all gone.

Shabby but clean. Needs corporate attention. Plus: Housekeeping does their job well. Bed comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. Problems needing to be corrected by corporate: Inaccurate advertising on size of room. Closet was a freestanding broom closet sized wardrobe. Small dresser. Window shades dirty from use. The tv had only 4 channels and there was no dining room or bar. The breakfast they offered was minimal.
