Holly was an excellent help in this whole process. She would break down the upcoming steps in every phase of the Process. Be active and ask her questions that concern you, I have never received a response in less than 24 hours and most was within an hour. She is there to answer all questions for you. She helped me as a first time home buyer to receive programs and grants that helped me close. I was ready to close 2.5 wks before closing day. I would definitely recommend Holly and Bay Equity.
