Holly is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgable and explains everything in complete detail leaving no loose ends. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Holly made our dream come true without all the stress! When my husband and I bought our first home we had a million questions, Holly was Always available to answer our questions big or small and she always had our best interest in mind. Holly is amazing - you get to know that right away when you work with her. She knows what she's talking about - lots of people do in that industry. What separates her from the rest is that she LOVES what she does. Holly led us through the mortgage process with such expertise and knowledge. She was very patient with our multiple questions and requests for further information/explanations. If we ever needed anything, we would simply call or email and she would respond within hours (even during the early evenings and weekends). I feel very lucky to have had such a positive experience with out mortgage.

Holly was very quick to to get things going and kept me updated at each step. She sent me and my realestate agent a check list of the steps that were completed and the steps that were ahead. We did not have to wait around wondering where everything was at.
