Things started out fine. While she would not answer my initial phone calls and sent a text message asking who was calling her because there was no voicemail left (understandable) we had a good first conversation. After I applied and sent in all documents for underwriting, she went silent‚Ķ She wouldn‚Äôt answer my calls or respond to my very polite and professional texts requesting an update.
