A surprising lack of service for you guys. I had to wait over a minute for someone to appear, and when I was finally checked out the female employee promptly headed to the back of the store leaving me with a bag full of treats in one hand and a 26 pound bag of dog food in the other with no offer to help me out - something that I had become accustomed to over the many years as a devoted customer. Perhaps devotion should be reevaluated

Hello. I purchased two items branded Mammoth, and the sign adjacent to the products advised buy one, get one 50% off. So I selected two toys instead of one, but do not believe I was extended the 50% off, as my receipt was emailed to me and I did not see what I was charged until I returned home, accessed my email, and reviewed the receipt Hollywood Feed sent to me.
The cashier was busy with a customer! I was patiently waiting with my pet ( that I just finished washing). I continued to wait, as my dog was moving around & becoming anxious.The cashier stood there & never said that she was ready for me to check out. I then asked her was she ready. If she was done with the other customer, she should have been more courteous & said that she was ready for me, instead of me just standing there waiting. That was very rude!!!!!

If I could rate associates individually, the rating would be higher. The young lady in the bakery was amazing! The gentleman who checked me out was also amazing. The convenience of ordering online and having items delivered the same day is great. My recent experience with the Grooming Dept was highly disappointing. I specifically made and said I'd happily pay for two appointments back-to-back. I have a long haired German Shepherd. I wanted the 1st appt to thoroughly brush out her undercoat and the 2nd appt for regular grooming. When I arrived, I was told they were too busy and I'd have to come back another day.
