The convenience of ordering online and having items delivered the same day is great. My recent experience with the Grooming Dept was highly disappointing. I specifically made and said I'd happily pay for two appointments back-to-back. I have a long haired German Shepherd. I wanted the 1st appt to thoroughly brush out her undercoat and the 2nd appt for regular grooming. When I arrived, I was told they were too busy and I'd have to come back another day.

This has happened two times in a row now. I order curbside pickup but no one answers the phone or it goes directly to a full voicemail box. Both times I’ve had my baby in the car. Both times, no customers are at the counter checking out. Please don’t offer curbside pickup if it’s not an option.

They would not answer the phone for curbside so I had to go inside to collect my order.
