I LOVE you guys and have been a long time customer. My only complaint is the constant asking if I need help. Most times I'm there, I am trying to count calories and compare foods, you know, use my brain. The constant interruptions by the staff to ask if I'm still doing ok/need help is reminiscent of stepping onto a car lot. I sincerely appreciate that everyone is friendly and willing to help but I have left the store on a couple of occasions without purchasing anything because of the continuous interruptions. Have loved this organization for many years and even worked for a northern location which is why I have continued to give them my business, but after two subpar grooms from Bailey the second one of which she was paying so little attention that she allowed my dog to step backward off the table and injure herself I am through.
