Great customer service - we just took in a Rescue & the staff went WAY above & beyond in there care to all three of us - we need a walking harness the sales associate whom assisted us - fitted our little rescue perfectly & then suggested other items which we we're actually thinking off + we SAVED $10.00 on a create from Hollywood vs a national competitor around the corner - so double thumbs up to Hollywood for their competitive pricing & their staff for making our shopping experience wonderful ...
