The employees are always very nice. They always remember us when we come in and my dogs by name. I really like how happy they are to see us and always offer my dogs a treat when we visit. The reward program is wonderful as well. Im very happy the new location has a self serve bath.

The staff at this location are always nice. They know me and they know my dogs, no matter how long it's been between visits. They tolerate my weird questions, changes in food, and respect when my dogs are working.
