My first visit, the guy who checked me out wasn’t very friendly but this time the girl who help was only there to help them out. But she made it a nice visit. To bad they won't switch her out with him.

When this store first opened the customer service was unbelievable. There were two guys there that I remember. One was Andrew and I think the 2nd was Shawn or Shane. However, after they left the service really dropped. The employees were not nearly as friendly or helpful. The company as a whole is a little shady as well. They do a 10% markup for curbside pickup. That's crazy. I'm not going in the store so you are charging me a 10% markup to walk it out to my car??? Fortunately, the service has recently gotten better. ... read more
