Matt, Jolene, Jose and Lance make trips into our local Hollywood feed like visiting friends. They know our dogs, they know a lot about dogs, I trust their product recommendations and they treat us like family. Also the same day delivery is a huge plus. I often get our order within one half hour. Best customer experience ever.

I have a dog with protein allergies and the team is so helpful and proactive in getting me solutions for food and treats. They really care about my dog and I got some really exciting treats that my dog loves

Every time I step into the store, I am greeted sooo warmly with smiles! They know me by my first name and ask about my pups, if they’re not with me. Without even asking, they know which merchandise I’m looking for and not only bring it to the counter but take it out to the car as well. These are, by far, thee BEST, Friendliest, most knowledgeable folks. It’s always a pleasure visiting and purchasing products for my pups at PetPeople Lake Forest.
