I can always rely on having a great time every time I am at the store. All the staff and managers exceed customers service expectations. They are knowledgeable and kind. They have made a client for life out of me.

I was greeted on both occasions when I entered the store and was helped by a knowledgeable lady about food for my new young puppy that I would be getting in another week. She also led me to chew toys that would be appropriate for my Chihuahua. When I came back the following week I made my purchases and was entered into the program tracking my purchases for rewards. I was very pleased with my experience.
