Excellent service the young man answered all my questions and help me make a purchase. It works for our new puppy.
The clerk on the sales floor was very nice any helpful. The clerk behind the counter seemed put out when ringing me up. Aloof and unfriendly.

I was supposed to get a toy free. It was buy 2 and get the third free but I was charged for all 3. This was my second and last visit to your store.

The team member that I dealt with was difficult when I placed the order and when my daughter picked up the order. It was not a pleasant experience. I called the store to place a large order of frozen dog food. I knew I had to call because my daughter needed to pick it up when the store opened to travel to another state. It needed to be already packed for travel. The sales clerk kept suggesting other ways I should have purchased….online, pickup in another state, etc. I had to keep explaining why that wouldn’t work in my situa... read more
