This was the first time my wife had seen the new counter set up. She was perplexed. As a marketing and merchandising professional she said, “that’s awful! It’s messy and how do highlight certain products when all you see is the back of the person helping you? Big mistake!” She is absolutely correct. Poor decision. Only reason I shop there is the people! Who ever decided this needs to be fired!

The clerk on the sales floor was very nice any helpful. The clerk behind the counter seemed put out when ringing me up. Aloof and unfriendly.
