Poor customer service and arrogance of one worker
Went in expecting a 20% discount on one item. Was told the discount only applied to certain items which was not made clear in your email. In effect the email was misleading. Not good PR!

Normally I just run in and get what I need no problem. This last time there were lots of people walking around in the store with No mask even though it is state mandated! When I asked the cashier she said she wasn't the police and can't enforce it. That is ridiculous. I am not the police either but we enforce it at my job just fine. I also couldn't put my 35 lb bag of dog food on the counter because there was stuff all over the counter. Will definitely be going to a different location or better yet use Chewy online.

This isn’t my normal location. That said we bought a couple of travel carriers that were full of dog hair when we opened the boxes. They were small and we returned them the next day for both reasons. The clerk was rude. Dirty items sold and no apology. Wouldn’t return to this location.
