From the time I walk in the door I am treated with such exceptional service. The employees are always educating me on new products, current products, and of course pet care. I've never had a bad experience. Jace & Derek at HWF Allen are always so attentive and insightful to my 🐕 and 🐈 needs and then some because let's be real their toy selection is AHHMAZZING and my kiddos get what they want AND need!
