The service level at the location on south Penn has declined over the past month. It used to feel like a family. The girls knew my pup and asked about her regularly. I knew their names. Since the new manager the atmosphere is more like Pet Smart or any large box store. Cold, minimal. That is disappointing.

Excellent customer service. My Dog has a food allergy and they took the time to talk too me about options they have.
