Was a great store!! Still could be.. All of the employees who I consider now to be friends and have loved my dog just as much we do have been or are being driven away by poor management it’s seems. Old management was amazing kind and really took the time to talk and help. The new manager she seems like she could care less about customers and staffs happiness. I will continue to shop at Hollywood feed but I will make the longer track up to the Nichols hills store. Hopefully things will turn around.
