I’ve typically had great experiences in this store. The staff is usually attentive and helpful. Though my most recent visit left a lot to be desired. There were two employees working when I stopped on my way home from work to get dog food. One had just begun checking out a customer. The other stood in the center of the store observing. I quickly found my selection and brought it to the counter. The employee at the register said I could put the heavy bag down at the other register while she checked out the other custom... read more

I usually go to the one on the north side but their car was broke down. So I called this store and they delivered to my job and I got the same awesome cust service. I love this store, variety of products, customer service and the knowledge these guys have. Thanks for all you do for my babies 🥰
