Always great customer service
The lady who assisted me was outstanding! I have a very picky kitty who has gone through 5 brands of food with no luck (from Petsmart). The first bag I brought home from Hollywood Feed was a hit! I haven’t seen her be excited about her dinner in months, nor have I seen the bottom of the bowl multiple days in a row. I will definitely be back! The lady had my cat in mind when recommending the brands & I love the quality of the food.
Associates were very friendly and helpful.
Rosie, the lady who helped me on my first visit to the store was so helpful and nice. I will be back because of the her excellent customer service. Great sore but even better service. Rosie is keeper!!
Great customer service, well informed staff and this is now my absolute favorite store to shop for my furry family member!

Great customer service with well educated employees. Staff was able to help in the choice of a dog food to fit my pet’s needs and explain the pros and cons of ingredients with ease.
