Great customer service with well educated employees. Staff was able to help in the choice of a dog food to fit my pet’s needs and explain the pros and cons of ingredients with ease.

They always have what I need and the team members are nice and easy to deal with. My only complaint is that I switched to email receipts and I never receive any. The fact that I got an email asking me to offer feedback tells me that my information is correct in your system. I guess I'll just switch back to paper receipts.
