I have never walked through the door without being greeted with a very nice hello and may we help you find something. If I do need help everyone has been eager to help me. The policy of being able to return anything our pet or I do not like, gives me a sense of encouragement It encourages me to try out new items! The store has a great atmosphere and if you are fortunate, your pet will have you coming back again and again.
