We are an independently owned and operated company that takes great pride in providing our employees with 40-50 hours of classroom-style training each year to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pet health, and nutrition. All of this helps us to make the best recommendations to spoil your fur-babies!
Customer service is fine. Prices go up without notice, and packaging of products get smaller as prices go up, don't know if this is a manufacturer issue, or Hollywood feed issue. Also, some products that have been carried for years suddenly aren't carried anymore without explanation
