The customer service is great and some of the employees I have dealt with have some good knowledge about food and pets

The folks at HF are great. They used to be a bit more friendly. It's not like they are jerks now, but it seemed they were more personable when Crystal was there. I like the products and I appreciate that they are opening a few more stores in convenient locations.
