Crystal took time to discuss my sick kitties needs, she helped me pick out different foods for me to try, the offer to return what my kitty would not eat is fantastic. She recommended a probiotic to help support his system and she taught me how to use the pill pockets successfully!! My kitty is so much better, I am grateful.
