Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were a bit disappointed that virtually all of the dog toys (which is what we came in to buy) were made offshore. If you're sourcing 'made in USA' food, why not source 'made in USA' toys and accessories? I'd be willing to pay a bit extra to support our local / regional / national workers!
Best in-store staff anywhere! Merchandise selection and prices are great. Store is clean and inviting. Having said that, it's the people who make the difference. The Johnson Ferry Road store has the best staff anywhere. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful.
