Krystal is very knowledgeable and helpful. Her help has been one on the main reasons I keep supporting Hollywood Feed, and her ability to find the best solutions to my pet issues. If you want to increase business at the East Cobb location, I would suggest reaching out to the local public schools. Once people come in and deal with Krystal, the will start choosing Hollywood Feed over other local pet supply stores.
