Was a little surprised when I found out that my 13th bag of dog food, free bag,!!!! wound up costing me over eight dollars. Was told that my 13th bag was going to be free. never was told that it was up to a certain amount and then paid tax on the whole amount. Felt deceived

Best customer service out of any pet store I have ever been to & they are very knowledgeable about all of their products & helped me find a new dry and wet food for my super picky, sensitive stomach dogs!
