First time shopping here, and I will definitely be back. Robin immediately greeted me and was so helpful and welcoming! She was knowledgeable and made great suggestions for our two Lykoi cats. I was impressed that she was familiar with the breed because most people are not. Robin exuded such kindness and had such a friendly and positive attitude, I really felt like she loves her job.
