Technician did not diagnose issue. His report indicated what he was topple by owner and some obvious fact.
Told me what was the problem. And about possible follow up.
Worst service ever. No return calls. Technician came few times for the furnace issue and the issue was not resolved. I have to be fair and give the HVAC technician some credit for his great manner. Contacted the service manger (Bob) 4 times within 3 weeks regarding furnace issues and no reply back. They also installed sump pump and stopped working after 8 weeks when i figured it out, i called them , but no support . He did do anything the work order he had didn't have the correct item that needed to be look at the work order was suppose to be for a leadking shower and basement toliet doesn't flushes not for no main drain stoppage
We had no hot water about a week ago. The technition ( Kevin ) came out and replaced a part and we were back in business, for a few days. The unit failed several days later and Kevin came back out. He turned it back on and it fired right up, making me feel like a dope, but it went off after about a minute.
