My plumbing tech was Kevin T. He is an excellent plumber and very polite and knowledgeable.

Friendly and helpful plumber.
I had a plumber out that my home warranty recommended. My basement was flooded and the water wasn't going down. He smashed my pipe and said I must have a broken pipe and would have to dig the yard up. I called another company who did a camera inspection. It was just a big clog. He fixed us right up. No ripping up yard or thousand plus dollars.
bath faucet pop drain was not replaced... conflicting info on how to complete job ..wanted more fees to finish.. unsat.. will do self. Im not rich !!
Takes way too long to get answers. Our sump pump is not working. Its been 6 days and a tech cane out to leave it still broken. Horrible experience. Why do people have to wait hours on the phone for answers. This pump is 13 yrs old
