Once again a delight to see Colin, one of your most thorough & efficient operatives. He has the patience of a saint when explaining how to disassemble the machines when I undertake the cleaning myself. Also I have a very good rapport with him due to our shared love of dogs.

At first I was disappointed that he didn’t come between 12and 1.pm. Rang lady said be about another one and half hours. Which was correct, arrived 2.30 pm. Matt was a very nice guy, pleasure to have in your home. He did a great job of our suite. Would ask for him again.
