Your engineer Lee Griffin arrived on time and rang us prior to his arrival to say he would be at our address within 10 minutes . He was very efficient, cleaned the oven/hob and filter to our complete satisfaction (oven like new) . Lee left no mess . We were more than satisfied, did a great job .

Gary arrived on time, introduced himself in a polite manner and asked where to set up. He was polite and efficient throughout the visit cleaning and inspecting thoroughly. He was chatty, proud of his job and he was observant and listened to my briefing on how the machine performed. He ordered that some small items, filters, needed to be ordered and explained why. Another item had to be ordered also as it wasn't an easy fix. Overall Gary was an ambassador for your business.

Darren was courteous, friendly and left my oven squeaky clean he also demonstrated your vac/mop device wich is an interesting idea but I find it too heavy for myself to use comfortably
