George was very friendly and efficient. Arrived 8.10am . He had to call in to order new handle and filter for my Dyson DC 26 which apparently was a limited edition. He said they will post them for me to fit ( hopefully I can do it as I am a vulnerable pensioner.) He demonstrated new model upright vac and small handheld machine which I was impressed by. Thank you.

I am very happy with the service that I received. Matt did is work in a professional manner and when he finished the job he made sure to ask if we are completely satisfied with what he has done. He also brought my attention to the machine that he had use to carry out the work, but at this present time we are not ready to purchase one.
