From asking on check a trade. I have been informed throughout. When the engineer has attended a link has been sent so you can check how far out he was away. When the engineer arrived he was very polite and informed me throughout the process and what he was doing and what was wrong. Sorry I can’t remember the engineer, but he was very professional. Highly recommended
