Lee did an excellent job. Very thorough. Explained everything to us. Very personable. Left everywhere in good order. We’re not happy that the onus is now on us to arrange the appointments. It doesn’t happen with other service contracts. Unfortunately there can be slippage, meaning that our visits are not at regular intervals even though you’re taking monthly payments.

Duane was excellent as he was quick and efficient. We were not happy with the appointment process as the original appointments on Thursday 29th May was cancelled the day before and there were limited alternative appointments were offered.
