As usual Mike did as good as he could on repair unfortunately the repair did not work but no fault whatsoever due to engineer the item is the problem hopefully it will be sorted very pleased with what was tried & done

Lee was very meticulous in repairing the oven which had two separate parts down. Lee had to attend my home twice because a part required ordering and the cooker required being unstuck from the floor (flooring guy issue). Lee was professional on both occasions ant all times and this is why I stay with home care for all my appliances. Nothing was an issue for Lee, and he cleaned up well after he’d moved the cooker out.
