Very easy to arrange and I was able to get an appointment through Jan very quickly. John, the heating engineer who serviced the boiler, was really knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had regarding the boiler and ways to ensure it continues to run as efficiently as possible.
Was very thorough and went up and beyond to make the carpet as clean as possible and moved the furniture- Also worked around my 89 year old mother in law and her needs - thank you
