Booking date set during 'phone call and not changed! Day before - call from office to set time slot: 9-11am. Updated by text from Lee during the evening. Revised time a bit early but I replied yes and he arrived as stated between 7.30 and 8am. Oven cleaned very efficiently in an hour. Kitchen left tidy. He did advise/remind me of all the services you offer! All interactions with staff were professional, courteous and efficient. Thank you.
We were really pleased at the thorough service that Will carried out. He gave us advice on what the readings on the boiler screen meant and was really pleasant and easy to get on with.
