Gary came today and serviced our Kirby and also the Powersonic lightweight vac. As soon as he started the lightweight he decided it didn't sound right and needed a new motor. He ordered it and it should arrived this week. He was very knowledgable and skilful and also friendly and pleasant to chat with while he was doing his work. Thank you Gary
