Received message to say he was on his way and arrived within the stated time. Colin helped move some larger items of furniture out of bedroom and made a good job of cleaning the carpet.

The engineers were polite and friendly and the trainee did the servicing of our Dyson carpet cleaner very well and the other engineer tried to sell us a new one that came out in May this year it was a Dibea and he gave us a demonstration and offered us a good deal part exchange regarding our Dyson if we wanted to go ahead but I said perhaps in the near future.The engineer training his colleague has serviced our Dyson before and he did a good job then a long time ago.
George was on time and had a very pleasant nature.

We were highly satisfied with Duane’s visit this morning . We had a text the day before to confirm his visit and arrived promptly this morning . He was very pleasant took details of all our other appliances and explained your maintenance plan (which we have took on) our oven looks “new” and our fan at the back was also cleaned (previous Engineers had never done) it was a pleasure to have met him . We hope we continue to have Duane on our further appointments.
