Colin was very good explaining the reason the Kirby was not working before the service and why it might have been intermittently switching on at first attempt. After he solved that problem ( broken rocker arm), the vacuum has switched on at the first attempt.Ā

I met Andy today, first the time this morning. He is polite, friendly, understanding man and worked in a professional manner. My Kirby hoover needed a complete maintenance, overall. He understood how I felt, in being let down IE waiting for a new brush heads which has been on order since November 2023. Andy changed this item immediately, thanks.
