Richard is a charming gentleman and was very good at servicing our vacuum cleaners & explaining everything to us.
Gary was very efficient and professional, he replaced the parts quickly and cleanly.
Blaen arrived at the time arranged, was very professional, friendly and helpful. His work was tidy and he cleared up before leaving.
