Excellent cleaning g of our single oven
Chris did a good job of cleaning my Hoover and explaining everything he was supposed to say.
As always the engineer was polite, friendly and showed respect for our house. He was helpful and gave useful information about the machine. J Hough.

The experience I had with the service centre was poor however Dan Schofield who came to complete the Kirby Vac service was professional and very friendly. Hie did a good job. I would give Dan 5 stars but my overall rating takes into account my experience with the Service centre
