Duane arrived on time. Was very friendly and professional. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard. He cleaned parts which had obviously not been cleaned satisfactorily by the previous engineer.

I was very pleased with Duane he completed the oven clean thoroughly he was very friendly and polite and reminded me that my gas hob which needs a new battery can be fixed under your maintenance scheme which I was unaware of .

Gary was a true Gentleman. Gave our hoovers a thorough clean. I was made up adding my pink hetty cordless hoover for servicing as my Daughter purchased 3 years cover. Which a year has passed. Plus my electric cooker and stairs and Landing carpet to be cleaned next year. Plus my partners cooker to be cleaned next year. Many more years after that. 5+**** Fabulous Service.
