Nice guy who did a great job and actually turned up which is unusual for your firm these days. He knew nothing about my missing door shelf that the previous guy took away with him and I would still like back. I really missed it at Christmas and I have phoned about it a few times but nothing is ever done. Lovely clean ovens however , really pleased with Rowans hard work.

I had a service and repair to my Dyson hoover yesterday. There was some confusion about a discount and I didn’t receive it. I put a comment about it in my review that was otherwise excellent all round. I was contacted by the office this morning and the discount was sent to my bank account right away. Colin arrived within the time slot I was given and was very efficient and friendly. He got to work quickly and the results are excellent. He also facilitated arranging to have my oven and extractor fan cleaned, by getting Drew on the phone, who was also very helpful and arranged a suitable appointment.
