Dan is a very personable young man. He did a good job on our cleaner. Unfortunately he was not able to change both filters for whoever was responsible for restocking his van had not put the relevant bottom filter into the van . This means that one will have to be sent through the post and I will have to change it myself.... NOT his fault!
Arrived on time, fixed the problems, works better now than the last time it was serviced.
Jesse was very thorough and explained everything clearly. He also did a good job servicing my vacuum cleaners.
Colin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was courteous and nice to chat to. Whilst he was working changing our flex he showed us the new G26 their own cordless vac, I tried it on the stairs and it performed well. All fixed now and working very well.
Colin was very professional. Worked very well. He moved all my furniture and put it back. Very pleasant young man.
