Arrived on time after contacting me to let me know he was on his way. Pleasant and professional with his work. Good job done.
Mike is a lovely man. He took off his shoes before entering the lounge without having to be asked. He was polite and friendly. He serviced my vacuum cleaner efficiently, isolated the problem with my oven and fixed it, and helped me with a problem with my washing machine so that I didn't need to request a call out. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mike

The engineer arrived as expected from the arrangements that were made in advance of the appointment. He was very personable and was clearly experienced in his role. He worked professionally and completed his assessment and service in good time. I was very impressed by his efforts and would not hesitate to recommend him should there be a need to make such a judgement.
George arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was a very pleasant, amiable chap who did a great job. Clean and tidy and no mess left behind. He made me aware of other services that were available also. Overall an excellent job. Thank you for your service. MEH.
