Dan is a very personable young man. He did a good job on our cleaner. Unfortunately he was not able to change both filters for whoever was responsible for restocking his van had not put the relevant bottom filter into the van . This means that one will have to be sent through the post and I will have to change it myself.... NOT his fault!

Colin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was courteous and nice to chat to. Whilst he was working changing our flex he showed us the new G26 their own cordless vac, I tried it on the stairs and it performed well. All fixed now and working very well.

Mike is a lovely man. He took off his shoes before entering the lounge without having to be asked. He was polite and friendly. He serviced my vacuum cleaner efficiently, isolated the problem with my oven and fixed it, and helped me with a problem with my washing machine so that I didn't need to request a call out. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Mike
