As always the engineer was polite, friendly and showed respect for our house. He was helpful and gave useful information about the machine. J Hough.

The experience I had with the service centre was poor however Dan Schofield who came to complete the Kirby Vac service was professional and very friendly. Hie did a good job. I would give Dan 5 stars but my overall rating takes into account my experience with the Service centre
