Very nice guy & helpful did a good job.
The guys arrived within the time slot they said they would, and were very professional.
The service was very good. Andy was very polite. My only criticism would be I shouldn’t have to ring for an annual service the company should ring the customer. I hope my yearly oven clean gets booked in and I don’t have to chase for the the clean

There were 2 operatives as one was being trained. Both were polite and offered to take their shoes off. The servicing was thoroughly executed to my satisfaction. The fact that there had been a merger was well explained as well as how it affected me. I have no complaints except for the unacceptable dialogue when telephoning.
Excellent service no problems at all. Engineer was polite and friendly.
